CQC and local authority related mock inspections
One day mock inspection.
Our consultant will be on-site for one day (up to 8 hours), or as agreed. The visit will involve a thorough review of the service in line with CQC regulations and the five key questions.
This comprehensive assessment will include examining key documentation such as care plans, risk assessments, staff files, health and safety records, governance processes, quality assurance procedures, and records of activities. The consultant will also review the environment and, where possible, speak with staff and service users to gain valuable insights into the overall quality and compliance of the service

CQC registration support
CQC registration support ranges from £3500 (inc. VAT) to £4500 (inc. VAT)

Follow up visits
One day mock inspection.
Follow up visits can be remote or on site. The fees are subject to agreement. My Clinical staff usually have fees that range between £200 to £400 for follow up reviews. This depends on various factors.

Registration support fee
Our registration support fee is at £2750 plus VAT. (please note that your service is liable for any fees that will be paid directly to Ofsted)
Checking
We also provide a checking service if you have already completed all registration documents and are looking for second opinion and or checking support. This service fee is £1200 (inc. VAT).
