Health and social care services who offer personal care are required by law to meet the regulations as required by the respective regulatory bodies. For adult services in the UK, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the regulatory body for services offering personal care support to adults, and therefore services must be registered with the CQC.
Quality and Compliance are two crucial components in the health and social care services business registration and operation. Quality is defined as the means or the "how to" provide an intended service, while Compliance is the regulatory requirements. Our research indicates that service providers who have good quality standards will also have good compliance adherence.
My Clinical Staff Limited is a reliable, quality and compliance consultancy, dedicated to supporting both new and established health and social care providers in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance. We specialise in navigating the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other key health and social care regulators.
Our expert team is led by a dynamic leadership group comprising seasoned clinical professionals and sector specialists, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled guidance and insight grounded in real-world experience.
